On 30 November, PMAG and Ngati Hau held a hui and invited decision makers: representatives from local, regional and central government, relevant government departments and regional organisations. The presentation looked at the risks presented by the old mercury mine and the need for it to be cleaned up, and at the sustainable development options for the Puhipuhi area.
